Using the service

You may use LeavingCertNotes.ie for personal learning, teaching in your classroom or booking grinds. Do not resell or republish our resources or exported exam papers as standalone commercial products.

Question bank & licensing

Questions in the Exam Builder bank are approved, versioned and rights-cleared. You retain the right to use exported PDFs for assessment in your own class. Bulk redistribution requires a separate licence.

Accounts

Keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts for misuse.

Availability

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance is announced where possible.

Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of exported materials.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice.
